Nadeem heads the criminal law team at Arford Henderson Law. His grasp of the facts and his ability to investigate cases to find evidence and chart a defence strategy is focused and laser sharp. His motto is to leave no stone unturned and fights a case for only one outcome, to win.

He has a diverse practice and began defending clients in criminal cases in 1998, since then he has represented thousands of clients arrested and charged for offences from rape to multi-million pound money laundering and fraud.

Edward played a decisive and leading role in dismantling the prosecution case in the widely reported “Cirencester Four” Royal Agricultural University gang rape trial in which the defendants were acquitted.

Nadeem recently represented a solicitor arrested for a raping his ex-girlfriend in Manchester. The case preparation involved social media expert analysis, telephone data analysis, and obtaining statements and CCTV from hotel venues meant that the case was stopped before the charge.

Edward and Nadeem have been instructed on cases involving charges brought by the Serious Fraud Office, HMRC and the the fraud department of most of the country’s biggest police forces.
