We believe that you should not be left in the lurch about what the costs are going to be. We will agree with you from the outset, what the fixed fees are. You will not pay any more than what is agreed at the outset.

Unlike many criminal law firms, we do not charge you based on the amount of time we spend working on your case. Instead, wherever possible, we agree a fixed fee with you at the outset. This means you will know from the beginning exactly what our fees will be, giving you certainty and avoiding unexpected legal costs.

In certain very limited circumstances you may be eligible for public funding. Our firm does not offer legal assistance (formerly known as Legal Aid) but if you think this may apply to you we would be happy to point you in the direction of someone who may be able to assist.
