We believe that you should not be left in the lurch about what the costs are going to be. We will agree with you from the outset, what the fixed fees are. You will not pay any more than what is agreed at the outset.

We are unlike most premier criminal law firms. We do not charge you for ‘time spent’ on your case. Under this system, you will be given a cost estimate but you will never know how much you will end up paying.

In certain very limited circumstances you may be eligible for public funding. Our firm does not offer legal assistance (formerly known as Legal Aid) but if you think this may apply to you we would be happy to point you in the direction of someone who may be able to assist.
