My client, the general manager of a world class hotel, was accused of indecent assaults on two women on the Tube. In one I showed the identification of my client was totally flawed. The Court rejected it, and acquitted him. In the other case, the complainant could not be sure after my questioning that it wasn’t an accident. He was cleared.
