Two footballers (one Internationally capped) were accused of rape. The complainant claimed she had been given Rohypnol, and told the jury she was ‘out of it.’ I put to her: “I’m not trying to be vulgar but you weren’t out of it, you were up for it.” They found my client ‘Not Guilty.’
