Defence of company director charged with £52m Pension fraud, extradited from Australia. Previous civil trial, and linked criminal trials (conducted in his absence) had declared him guilty. I obtained the contemporaneous documents, which the Serious Fraud Office had refused to hand over, which were crucial in helping to prove his innocence. He was found not guilty.
