R v P Southwark Crown Court

R v P Southwark Crown Court

Took over defence of an art dealer charged with defrauding his long term client by selling their works, held in storage, and replacing them with forgeries. Complex defence, arguing that the client was involved, selling their assets in secret. Dropped by Prosecution after I demanded disclosure of the client’s tax file.
